One of my best friends asked if he could have a cameo in the Western I'm writing... how could I resist ? :-)
Number 2 for the 29 faces... Doctor Francis Urlaub.
A gambler and dentist with specialty in orthodontics, Doctor Urlaub can usually be found on the large gambling river boats. Though modest with his bets he has been known to throw in his supply of silver and gold tooth fillings as collateral when his cash flow is low. A man of small physical stature but extremely large on charm, he is extremely well-spoken and renowned for his superbly groomed and luxuriant beard.

Although my sore throat and cough have now gone, my fascination with Doctor Percy Trevelyan has not. So here's another portrait of the good doctor in the making.

Although my love for Jeremy Brett as Sherlock Holmes reigns supreme I must admit that my heart has been temporarily stolen by Nicholas Clay as Doctor Percy Trevelyan from the Sherlock episode 'The Resident Patient'. I found him particularly adorable in the beginning while he was still a struggling physician, wrapped up in a blanket in his cold flat - before he got his hair slicked back and started wearing fancy suits. Although he looks ace in fancy suits too :-)
