He's bad

Emperor Nero

... so baddie, at badness he's the daddy.

A magical moment has occurred. I give you my 29th face for the 29 Faces challenge. This is the first time ever in all the years that I have taken part that I have managed 29 faces in 28 days. I'm so happy! 😁

Someone open a window

Dr Nicholas Culpeper

Dr Nicholas Culpeper. A mustachio to die for, which may well happen if you go to his health spa. A Stuart era doctor who believed that tobacco was the cure for all ailments.

He's George the 4th

... Which means he was just standing in, acting King because his dad, George the 3rd had gone barking mad. He loved more girls than he ate pies, but he couldn't stand his wife.

Ok, I love this song so much! I really wan to to perform it on stage one day.

Do the Pachacuti

Pachacuti

It's 29 Faces time and I'm so excited. This time I have a very special theme... Horrible Histories. I have recently been watching the series and I'm utterly in love with it. The acting is hilarious and the costumes are just fantastic. And the songs...Don't get me started. I'm learning them all of by heart. So I just had to start with Pachacuti, the Incan lord whom other tribes dreaded. When it came to claiming nearby land, he was the one to risk it, but it's how he treated dead enemies that really took the biscuit. I have also added the link to his song... be warned... it will get stuck in your head. 😃

A Thorne in my side

Thomas Thorne

I have now watched BBC's Ghosts. And in the words of OK Go 'It's not passing fascination now,

It's obsession'.

Here's a painting of dead, romantic poet Thomas Thorne. I just love the way he mooches around in a perpetual state of melancholic pining, looking like he's moments away from a dramatic break-down.
