Shine a little light

Raynfalg
Face number 13. Raynfalg again. For someone whose eyes are extremely sensitive to light he does seem to always hang out in very brightly lit places ;-)

He's put a spell on me

Raynfalg
Pushing on... face number 12 for the 29 Faces - Raynfalg the visually impaired sorcerer. Another one with Naohito Fujiki as the face inspiration. I shall have to make further tests :-)

Big in Japan

Tirion
Yes, I'm way behind with the 29 Faces. I've been very, very tired for the past week. No painting happening. But here's number 10 - another one of Tirion. He is as always based on the magical Mansai Nomura, who in spite of being big in Japan, is very hard to find images of. So if you come across my paintings, Mr Nomura, I apologise for the inaccuracies... and the elf ears ;-)

Mr Magic - take two

Raynfalg - wip

Had another go at Raynfalg my partially sighted sorcerer tonight. Still trying to find just the right face for him. At the moment I'm leaning towards Japanese actor Naohitu Fujiki. He's got this lovely golden skin... although Rayn was originally intended to be very pale. Oh, well :-) Work in progress :-)

For the love of a good beard

Con O'Neill - wip
Face number 7 for the 29 faces, not quite finished yet. Woefully behind I know, but I have completely crashed and burned, and I am soooo tired right now. Can't focus. I attempted two other faces before managing to make some headway with this one. Oh well. Perhaps the weekend will help. Mr O'Neill and his beard again :-) and to the lady on twitter who said she was glad to see that he had got rid of his 'old man beard'... How very dare you! That beard is epic, my friend, epic!

Detecting a pattern

Universal Mind
Face number 6 for the 29 Faces challenge. Another Jeremy Brett as Sherlock... somehow I seem to have gone into murder mystery mode at the moment.

Murder mystery madness

Con O'Neill - wip
Face number four for the 29 faces is not a detective, but he is very much a veteran of the murder mystery having been in in episodes of Morse, Lewis and Midsomer Murders. I first became aware of him watching Lewis. It was one of those of those episodes where - spoiler alert - my favourite turned out to be the baddie. He was just so sweet.. unfortunately he was also psychotic and murdered people. Anyhoo, here's a sketch of Con O'Neill. He's got the most extraordinary husky voice and a mass of chest hair... and I'm a sucker for both ;-)

Holmes my goodness...

Holmes
My favourite Sherlock :-) Face number three for the 29 faces challenge :-)
